These data privacy provisions shall apply solely for the visit to the microsite.

The protection of your personal data in their collection, processing and use has the highest priority for us. All employees of Mammut and Agency who handle your data are committed to data privacy. Below, you will find information on which personal data will be recorded during your visit to this microsite.

1. Log Files

We use session cookies to enable you to comfortably participate in the "Mammut Matterhorn Calling" lottery on the microsite www.mammut.ch/matterhorn. We assume that you have all rights in the pictures that you share via the hashtag #matterhorncalling and that any persons shown agree to these pictures being shared. If you are younger than 18, you must only share a picture with your parents' consent.

Please ensure that there is no personal information on your contributions. If you decide to publicly provide your personal information in user content, you will do so at your own risk. 4. Information Right

You have a right to information on the use of your personal data. On request, you will at any time be provided complete and free of charge information on the data stock saved regarding you. You only need to send an informal email on this to info@mammut.ch. However, we may need to ask you to identify yourself as the person entitled to receive this information.

5. Revocation Rights

You may object to use of your data at any time and revoke any consent to use and storage of your personal data that you have given at registration at any time without giving reasons. An informal email to info@mammut.ch shall be enough for this. You may have your data corrected in the same manner.

In case of revocation or objection, your personal participation data will be deleted from or blocked in the database without delay. The revocation or objection as well as deletion of your personal participation data will be conformed on request.

If the revocation or objection happens before processing of the lottery, further participation in the lottery is excluded.

6. Anonymized Usage Analysis with Google Analytics
